Kristen Fleming (she/her) is the Product Owner behind Inspire – Learning with Diversity, bringing more than 20 years’ experience across IT, telecommunications, government services, and health care. Known for her calm, solutions-focused approach and strong communication skills, Kristen has built a career around delivering outcomes that genuinely make a difference.

As a parent to a child with Inattentive ADHD, Kristen brings lived experience to her role. She understands firsthand the challenges families face navigating the education system, and it’s this perspective that fuels her commitment to creating practical, inclusive tools for schools.

Before stepping into product leadership, Kristen led service delivery in complex environments - resolving high-severity issues, building collaborative teams, and championing customer needs. Today, she channels that same energy and empathy into shaping Inspire, ensuring the platform is not only technically sound but deeply aligned with the needs of educators, students, and families.

She’s passionate about inclusive education and is driven by the belief that great products start with understanding people.
