  • Inspire is a secure, educator-designed platform that simplifies inclusive education. It brings planning, documentation, collaboration, and compliance together in one intuitive system - helping schools support students with diverse learning needs while reducing admin burden and improving outcomes.

  • Inspire is designed for use by teachers, inclusion coordinators, school leaders, support officers, clinicians and counsellors, advisors, funding officers, IT staff, and even parents. Each user type has role-specific access to Inspire, allowing them to collaborate, input communication, upload student work samples, and support compliance and impact across the school.

  • No. While Inspire supports the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) for students with disability, it can also be used to plan and document adjustments for any student with additional learning needs - including those who are gifted, or who experience trauma, behavioural challenges, or complex home environments. 

  • Yes. Inspire currently supports integration with several leading Student Management Systems (SMS), including Civica (CES), FACTS, and TASS. We also connect via Wonde, provided your SMS is supported through their network. If your school uses a different SMS with an open API, we can explore building a direct integration.

    Inspire integrates with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Toddle. It also supports any Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solution using the OAuth 2.0 protocol for secure, seamless access.  

  • Pricing is tailored based on school size and system needs. We offer flexible licensing options to suit individual schools and education systems. For Teachers

  • Inspire embeds templates and strategy suggestions directly into your workflow, significantly reducing the time spent on documentation and reporting. You can create and manage learning plans, record adjustments, and capture NCCD evidence - all in one place. 

    Parent communication can be captured in real time, so key conversations aren’t lost in emails or notebooks. Student work samples and intervention timetables can also be uploaded directly to a student’s profile, helping support staff know exactly what’s needed and when. With all relevant information stored in one place, Inspire makes it faster to prepare for parent-teacher interviews and simplifies NCCD reporting - reducing duplication and freeing you up to focus on teaching and support. 

  • No formal training is required, but onboarding support and user-friendly resources are available to help you get started quickly and confidently. As part of the onboarding package, we include eight hours of remote training to guide you through key features and best practices. This ensures your team feels supported and ready to use Inspire effectively from day one. 

For Principals and School Leaders

  • Inspire ensures your school is audit-ready by maintaining clear, evidence-based documentation aligned to NCCD requirements. It streamlines processes and increases collaboration across teachers, learning support coordinators, and leadership - giving teams more time to accurately identify and report the appropriate level of adjustment for each student. 

    By centralising critical data and reducing reporting errors, Inspire helps schools confidently provide the required evidence to support their NCCD submissions. Schools can tend to err on the side of caution, under-reporting adjustment levels to avoid audit risk - and as a result, are potentially underfunded. Inspire gives schools the confidence to claim the correct level, knowing they have the supporting documentation to back it up. 

  • Yes. You can review and approve Requests for Service, Learning Plans, and other documents directly within Inspire - no paper trails or email chains required. If a document isn’t ready for approval, you can return it to the creator with comments or suggested changes, making it easy to provide feedback and keep everything in one place. 

For Inclusion and Learning Support Coordinators 

  • Yes. Inspire provides oversight of all active learning plans, approvals, and collaboration history in real time, helping you stay on top of deadlines and documentation.

  • Inspire allows coordinators, teachers, clinicians, and even parents to view and contribute to student learning plans - enabling a team-based approach to inclusive education.

  • Inspire streamlines inclusive education workflows by bringing planning, documentation, and collaboration into one shared platform. You can track all adjustments and learning plans in one place, see who’s contributed, and follow up only when needed - with full visibility and version control. This reduces duplication, manual admin, and time spent gathering evidence, helping you focus more on supporting students. 

  • Yes. You can securely upload diagnostic documentation and embed strategy recommendations directly into student profiles, ensuring recommendations are actioned.

For IT and Systems Administrator Staff 

  • Yes. Inspire is designed for simple onboarding with support for system integration and ongoing data syncing. Our team works with yours to ensure a seamless transition. 

  • Inspire supports MFA, SSO, and complies with Australian education data security protocols.  

  • Inspire is built with a strong security framework, including a Web Application Firewall, annual external penetration testing, regular security patching, and full data encryption in transit and at rest. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) ensures users only see what they need to, and robust auditing and logging provide full visibility across user activity. 

For Internal Clinicians  

  • Yes. Clinicians can securely upload diagnostic documentation and embed strategy recommendations directly into student profiles, ensuring recommendations are actioned.

  • Yes. Inspire enables real-time collaboration between clinical and teaching staff, improving visibility and supporting better student outcomes. You can choose the appropriate confidentiality level for each uploaded document, which controls who can access it. This means sensitive information can be restricted to specific roles, while still allowing relevant insights to be shared with the broader support team where appropriate. 

For Parents and Carers 

  • Yes. You’ll receive secure access to review learning plans, provide consent, and stay informed about the support being provided to your child. 

  • Inspire adheres to strict privacy and security standards, with robust access controls and encryption to safeguard student data - giving you peace of mind that your child’s information is safe and secure.
