Over the course of his career, Darian has worked across every layer of IT - from software development and business analysis to training, testing, and solutions architecture. His career spans both agile start-ups and large-scale enterprises, giving him a unique ability to combine innovation with practicality.

Darian draws on his deep technical background and years leading education technology projects to continually evolve Inspire. He oversees the platform’s architecture, ensuring it remains secure, scalable and seamlessly integrates with school systems. At the same time, he works closely with educators and support staff to translate real classroom challenges into practical product enhancements - ensuring every new feature is purposeful and improves the daily experience for teachers and students alike.

Drawing on his own experience as a parent of children with complex learning profiles, Darian is passionate about developing technology that makes a real difference in schools.
